At Swiss Arabian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on items in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the fragrance is in its original cellophane-wrapped box and securely pack it into a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
